This is easily the best bike shop I've ever used and I've been cycling for well over 50 years. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. If you want experts to help you with your bike or bits then this is the best place. I won't go anywhere else.

Great guys !! Had a tyre change and gears adjusted they even tidied a few other bits up including my squeeky brakes lol. My bike is no longer an embarassment and a pleasure to ride .Thank you 🙂

I needed a new chain fixing (I didn’t have my tools) for my road bike asap as I had a race after in the day.
I brought the bike in to Cycle Inn after having no luck from two other stores, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and got my new chain on in 5 minutes!
Fantastic service and would really recommend.

Have visited these guys when a job is out of my hands and they have always been super welcoming, done a top job and charged very reasonably.
A "proper" bike shop; experienced mechanics with good memories of your custom, a will and a way to find a fix, no higher corporate motives which view you as a wallet rather than a customer, and getting the job done.
Most recently I had some wheels tuned up and a dynamo wheel built up; I'll always return to Cycle Inn when I'm struggling and would be happy to recommend them to others.

My thanks go to Jamie and Kev for sorting out and servicing my Specialized Allez Elite road bike.
The new Shimano 105 BB is smooth as anything and no more annoying clicks. What I was more impressed with is how they saved me money too. Had a thought the back cassette and chain may have needed changing when ticking noise suddenly reappeared, so whipped the bike back and left it with them. Phone call from Jamie the next day who said: “all sorted, you don’t need to spend your hard earned money on a new cassette, it was the seat post.” A lot of cycle shops I have used in the past would just have changed the cassette and charged, not cycle Inn who are totally transparent and honest. What I really like about the customer service is you are made to feel as though you are an old friend of the family and welcomed as such.
I will be returning for all my cycling repairs and servicing from now on.

Fantastic service, popped in for some chain lube on way home. Took their recommendation (cheapest of their range) and it’s like a new bike! Will be popping in on Monday for brake cable 👍
